1. Digital Design Licensing

All embroidery files downloaded from Zentex Studio remain the intellectual property of Zentex Studio. When you purchase our designs, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license under the following conditions:

• Allowed: You are fully authorized to stitch these designs onto physical fabrics and garments to create finished personal items or physical products to sell (commercial physical use allowed).
• Strictly Prohibited: You may not share, resell, rent, lease, redistribute, or gift the digital files themselves, in original or modified form. Digital file redistribution is illegal and actively tracked.

2. No Refunds & Digital Returns Policy

Due to the nature of digital files (which are instantly accessible and downloadable upon completion of the purchase), all sales of downloadable digital embroidery files are final and non-refundable. Please double check that you have selected the correct files and that your machine supports one of the 7 standard formats we provide.

3. Formatting & Machine Compatibility

Our digital ZIP packages contain designs pre-digitized in 7 universal embroidery formats: DST, PES, JEF, EXP, XXX, PEC, and VP3. We recommend verifying hoop size compatibility and using the correct stabilizers. Zentex Studio is not responsible for stitching issues caused by incorrect machine settings, inappropriate thread tension, or inadequate hooping.
