1. Included Commercial License

Every design purchased from Zentex Studio automatically includes a limited Commercial License. This license allows you, as a small business owner or crafter, to use our digital embroidery files to create physical items (like apparel, hats, bags, and patches) for resale.

• Production Limit: You may sell up to 500 physical units per purchased design.
• Attribution: No credit or attribution is required, though it is always appreciated!

2. Extended Mass-Production

If you intend to sell more than 500 physical units of a single design, or if you are an apparel manufacturer or factory, you must purchase an Extended Commercial License. Please contact our support team to arrange an extended licensing agreement.

3. Strictly Prohibited Uses

Under no circumstances does this commercial license cover the digital files themselves. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Selling, sharing, trading, or gifting the digital embroidery files.
• Altering the files and claiming them as your own digitized work.
• Using the designs for print-on-demand (POD) services, DTG printing, or sublimation (these are strictly for machine embroidery).
• Using the designs to create vector graphics, SVGs, or marketing materials for resale.
